At the end of the day I see my blessings,
my moments of joy and silence.

I feel only thankfulness
for what happened to me today in my life,
the good and the bad.

Because they were all just moments.
Each moment in my life,
each moment is my life.

My life is in each moment,
Here and now.

Each moment well lived,
Each moment as it is
Each moment is well as it is
Then each moment is well lived..
